I have never written a reviev before , but i so enjoyed this book i feel compelled to comment. Ths story is so well told that i could feel the emotions of the charecters their joy and sadness, this author has a way of telling a story that really draws the reader in . I'm very much looking forward to her next book.

I finished this book recently after randomly choosing it from the best seller's rack and I loved it! So beautifully written it made my heart swell so much, I couldn't put it down. This was every bit as good as the reviews promised. I read it over six nights and was captivated. The author really understands how a child's mind works so the story was told from her viewpoint as well as from the position of the adults.Very atmospheric as it weaved fact (the inclusion of real-life relatives of the author) and fiction. I shall definitely be looking out for any susequent books.

Its been a very long time since I've read a book that I have been truly enthralled and touched by. It was beautifullly written and touched certain emotions within me that left me moved for several days. This is by far one of my favourite books and a little secret of mine now.Very devastating to have finished it.
