A Fit Walk and Talk Programme sponsored by the Kildare HSE and Kildare Sports Partnership will take place on Tuesday April 14th, Tuesday April 21st, Tuesday April 28th from 3pm to 4.30pm in Lumville House, Curragh, Newbridge.
This is aimed at helping in the preparation for the JIM Joints in Motion Sponsored Walk (2.5k or 5k, whatever distance you feel is manageable) which will take place on May 2nd in Phoenix Park for people with arthiritis in aid of those with arthiritis.
