An Open Air Concert is to be held in O' Connell Square on Saturday 27th of June. The concert starts at 2pm and a variety of local acts will be taking part in the show.

The event, organised by the Edenderry Entertainers Memorial Committee are hoping to raise sufficient funds to erect a monument in St. Marys cemetery in honour of deceased local entertainers.

Supporters of Edenderry Lourdes Invalid Fund and Edenderry KARE will assist with the bucket collections on the day.
