THE organising committee of the Tullamore Show was in upbeat mood about the prospects of the show being staged this year at a new site at Blueball in Tullamore.
With the event having being cancelled for two years in a row due to extreme weather conditions, the organisers hoped the decision to move to the Butterfield Estate at Blueball now provides them with a weather-proof site which should avoid them having to make the decision to cancel the show should such inclement weather curse them again.

The show site sub committee have put in a lot of work to ensure there are adequate parking facilities at the new venue, and have made every effort to make sure the event goes ahead on Sunday, August 9.
