GROW: Grow is a uniquely Structured community mental health movement. It is anonymous, nondenominational
and open to all. Groups are run by own members with the support of a field worker and meetings are held
weekly. If you are someone who suffers from depression, shyness, anxiety or panic attacks, then why not come along to our group.
