I really enjoyed this movie and would highly recommend it as one to rent. It is full of funny little jokes throughout and a plot that brings you one way and then another. The characters are what make this movie, all larger than life but all brilliant. They all work fantastically well together. Maybe not the Cohen Brothers finest piece but a winner in my book none the less.

I really didnt get this film at all. The storyline is rubbish and although pretty original the plot is meaningless. Complete waste of money, a forgetable movie.

A movie you will either love or hate. This has the typical quirkness that you would associate with the Coen Bros, a black comedy that is very much character driven and a plot with so many twists and turns you are constantly wondering where it is going to take you. The all star cast carry this film with wonderful performances from all, Brad Pitt and John Malkovich in particular where you feel they are genuinely relishing the chance to play these over the top individuals. If there are any problems with this movie it is the characters are sometimes so OTT it is nearly impossible to relate and only a couple show any redeeming characteristics. If anything this movie is aiming to highlight problems within modern society as all are either ignorant, obnoxious or just stupid - (from the gym instructors to the CIA Agents) and it is the shallowness of the character Linda whos desire for plastic surgery sets of the awful and sometimes funny chain of events - dont expect any profound moments in this movie however, it is what it is a farcical spy thriller that left me with as many questions at the end as i had at the beginning. Sometimes funny, often dark with some shocking moments a clever comedy that is certainly not for everyone but i think worth renting.
