Bridget Jone's Diary. I loved the actress, i find her amazing in that movie. You feel like you understand these characters and i am sure you will laugh a lot, thinking "oh, that looks familiar!!" ^^ I bought the dvd, hardly buy any, just like watching it again and again.

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark - swashbuckling adventure as it was meant to be - you have the obvious good guys and bad guys and even the supernatural thrown in and of course it doesn't hurt to have a handsome hero save the damsel in distress. Wonderful!

For me it has to be The Wind That Shakes the Barley. What an excellent movie it is the first movie about the Irish struggle for freedom and civil war that does not romantise or dress it up but shows as it was a brutal affair as all war is. Fought by dedicated men who really believed in their country and were prepared to make any sacrifice for it. People we all could learn a thing or two from today.

Sorry BW have to disagree with you like a bar polish stew ....... the wind that snakes the barley was in deed an excellent movie up until the last 30 minutes what the fact in was directed my an English became so obvious the Oirish were made look like a bunch of inbreds that were lost without their masters pure utter rubish i demand a remake with Gerry Adams writting the last 30 minutes.

Leends of the Fall followed by Meet Joe Black 2 of the best action and death movies you will ever see Claire Florani is stunning in every way in Joe Black ,While living in the wild never seemed to be better in Legends of the Fall Two of the best actors ever also graced these films Anthony Hopkins and Brad Pitt.

My favorite movie is Brokeback Mountain... It is the story of a time and place where two men are forced to deny the only great passion either one will ever feel. Their tragedy is universal. It hits you like a shot in the heart.Loved the performance of Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal.

O.K Pass out the pink hankies serious Brad Pitt a best actor i think there is a bit of sexual preference going on here and for living in the wild and having fun check out Broke Back Mountain i have a feeling you will enjoy it If not try Broke back Mounty set in canada its the story of a group of lonely but handsome ........... hmm is this forum for families? better say no more --------------- edited on: 2009-05-25 16:37

Great movies if you are in the mood for a chick flick. Only reason I would watch these is if I was trying to get out of the dog house with the missus.Hmmm! not a bad idea will hold that in reserve until I get myself in trouble again might be incentive to avoid getting in her bad books for a while:)
