I am in a pretty desperate situation at work. Problems with other staff. Seriously considering lodging a bullying complaint, but the HR guy is a bit of a wimp. Anybody in the same boat with any suggestions?

My boss pressures a friend of mine in work a lot, my friends is not sure what to do as he says he never had a female boss pressure him in this way.Itold him not to be a Whip and simply lie back and enjoy it
