What are the best sights to see in Venice going to be there soon and would like some advice on what other than San Marco square are the best sights to see in Venice.

It doesnt matter where you go in Venice it is just picturesque where ever you happen to be, so wander the streets and take in all the sights and sounds and soak up the atmosphere. The only thing i would recommend would be to take a Gondola ride down the main river, although they are much cheaper through the back waterways it is worth paying the extra money believe me. The stagnant water and dead rodents floating in it coupled with the smells this generates is enough to make you want to pay those extra few euros!

true that venice is all very suggestive, but sometimes could be very beautyful take the line boat and going to the little islands of Burano and Torcello, this place are wonderful!!!!
