On the other hand, if they were to be in pot 2 and France won, then the top seeded team would complain that they got to hard a second seeded team that should not be second seeds. So FIFA are stuck in a hard place unless it is played in the next two weeks. The alternative is to move the draw, giving managers less time to analyse the opponents, so in all, the French cheated but a replay is unlikely given the logistics, however fully merited.[/quote]
